Mooncake redemption is only available at the selected collection location and the specific redemption period. It will be invalid after the expiry date.
Valid voucher(s) or e-voucher(s) must be presented upon redemption. Each valid voucher or e-voucher can only be used once.
All online orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, and are non-refundable.
You are responsible for keeping your e-voucher safe. You must take all reasonable steps to avoid the loss, theft or misuse of the e-voucher.
