TERMS & CONDITIONS
Executive Terrace rooms (dogs only) and Deluxe River and Deluxe River Corner King rooms – Subject to availability.
Executive Terrace room does not include executive lounge access and guest will receive a AUD $100 Food & Beverage credit per room, per night during your stay.
We reserve the right to change the details of the promotion from time to time, and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
Pet welcome amenity applies to dogs and cats only.
Anytime your pet is in a public area within the hotel including main entrance and check-in area of the hotel, your dog is to be on a leash.
We highly recommend cats be brought in and out of the hotel in a cat carry box.
At all times pet owners are responsible for their pet whilst on terraces of their accommodation whilst in residence and pets are not be left alone outside or in the guest room alone. Pets must be with their guests at all times.
Pets are not permitted in Melba Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Aria Bar & Lounge, Swimming Pool & Gym Area, Chuan Spa including pool deck, Langham Gift Store and Function facilities.
For the comfort of guests, we ask that dogs are less than 20kg.
We allow a maximum of one (1) pet per room.
Should damage be caused by your pet to any element of our property during your stay; a minimum charge of AUD$300 will be applied to your account.
Guest waiver form for the Pampered Pets Staycation program will be presented at check-in for guest signature.
$150 pet fee includes pet items such as bedding, bowl, waste or litter bags whilst in-residence. Please note bedding, bowl and other pet items are only to be used whilst the pet is in residence.
Standard check-out time is at 12 noon and Late check-out is not applicable.
