The Lanai Pool
Savor a relaxing ambiance at this historic spot, located beneath gently swaying palms at the heart of the hotel’s 23 acres. Originally constructed in 1926 as the first Olympic-sized swimming pool in California, The Lanai Pool has played host to beauty pageants, fashion shows, and water sports, and is set in the shadow of the graceful historic Picture Bridge, which was constructed in 1933 and is adorned with over 40 paintings of California landmarks and landscapes set into its wooden gables.
Today the Lanai Pool offers a serene respite with truly luxe Los Angeles vibes year-round. Guests may also enjoy a full poolside menu of bites, beverages, and signature cocktails from the Hideaway Bar.
