About the Instructor:
 

Nancy Hoogenboom founded Daily Etiquette, the Southern California School of Etiquette and Protocol. She makes etiquette and modern manners relevant in social media, personal interaction, and social and professional settings. Nancy shows new insights into communication with those in our lives. In addition to being a Certified Etiquette Trainer, Nancy trains others to be Certified in Etiquette and Modern Manners. She is a speaker, author, consultant, coach, and founder of The International Etiquette Trainer Society.
