The Langham Huntington, Pasadena has a rich tradition of fine dining, dating back to its grand service in the historic Green and Gold Dining Room (today the Viennese Ballroom). Today, visitors can still experience a range of exquisite options, from the finest cuts of wood-fired steak at The Royce and our famous Afternoon Tea, to classic cocktails at the Prohibition-era Tap Room bar and California-fresh poolside dining.

Named after longtime owner and general manager Stephen W. Royce, The Royce features the finest selection of prime cuts, Australian wagyu, and grass-fed beef, expertly prepared over a wood-fired grill to sear in the maximum flavor and juiciness of each cut.
Enjoy stunning views of the gardens from seats by the glass-enclosed veranda, or enjoy private dining in one of our two enclosed wine rooms.

This historic bar pays tribute to its predecessor from the 1930s, opened just after the end of Prohibition. The Tap Room features classic and creative cocktails, an eclectic wine selection, premium beer on tap, and elevated bar food. Enjoy an evening in the warm, wood-paneled bar or catch the sunset fromt the Tap Room patio, overlooking the Horseshoe Garden. Featuring live jazz three nights per week, Thursday - Saturday.
