To commemorate this achievement, T’ang Court is excited to introduce two exclusive dining experiences: The Legendary Set Menu, available now through April 30, and The Ruinart Champagne Menu, available from March 27 to April 30.

These specially curated menus represent the pinnacle of Cantonese fine dining, featuring premium ingredients, exceptional culinary techniques, and impeccable wine pairings for an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

Ruinart Champagne Menu

The Ruinart Champagne Menu offers a unique dining experience that pairs Chef Wong Chi Fai’s Cantonese masterpieces with the elegance of Ruinart Champagnes, including exceptional vintages like Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 and Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009. 

This menu needs to be reserved one day in advance.
