The Ruinart Champagne Menu offers a unique dining experience that pairs Chef Wong Chi Fai’s Cantonese masterpieces with the elegance of Ruinart Champagnes, including exceptional vintages like Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 and Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009. This menu needs to be reserved one day in advance.
