HOTPOT DINNER BUFFET

This Autumn, The Langham, Hong Kong unveils a feast of flavours with the launch of a unique hot pot dining experience. The Food Gallery will transform into an immersive culinary destination, available exclusively throughout October and November.

The buffet includes a delectable seafood platter, 12 selections of authentic homemade soup bases, more than 60 hot pot ingredients, and over 30 alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, a dessert corner features an array of sweet treats crafted by Pastry Chef Tin Lai to conclude the experience on a high note.
