With over ten years’ experience, Executive Pastry Chef Johann Vanier has built his culinary knowledge under the influence of some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred French restaurants.

Hailing from the coast of Biarritz, he draws inspiration from his French heritage to combine the finest locally-sourced Australian ingredients with an innovative approach to the art of pastry-making.
